Maxime Castello has work experience in the field of analytics and artificial intelligence. Maxime is currently working at Poka Inc. as an Analytics Team Lead since May 2023, after starting as an Analytics Engineer in November 2021. Prior to that, they worked at NOVIPRO from June 2017 to November 2021 as an Artificial Intelligence Developer. In this role, they supported companies in implementing and administering SAS solutions, focusing on architecture, implementation, performance tuning, and troubleshooting in distributed cloud platforms using various tools such as Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible, Terraform, Prometheus, Kibana, and Grafana.

Maxime Castello earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Lycée Lapérous-Kerichen Brest, where they studied from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Baccalauréat at lycée Amiral Ronarc'h Brest from 2009 to 2012. Maxime later pursued a Master's degree in IT and Computer Science at CPE Lyon, which they obtained from 2015 to 2018. In addition to their formal education, Maxime obtained various certifications, including SAS Programming 2: Data Manipulation Techniques, SAS Programming 1: Essentials, and SAS Platform Administration: Fast Track from SAS, as well as the Splunk Core Certified Power User certification from Splunk.
