Neetu Razdaan has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Neetu is currently the Founder and CEO of Pointerz Inc., a position they have held since 2020. Neetu is also an Advisory Council Member at Harvard Business Review since 2021. In addition, they are a Lifetime Member of Beta Gamma Sigma, an international honor society for business programs accredited by AACSB International, since 2020.

Prior to their current roles, Neetu worked as a Partner and Chief Operating Officer at both PackageX and VisionX from 2017 to 2020, and as a Senior Director of Category Management and Director of Global eCommerce Operations at Walmart from 2016 to 2018, respectively. Before that, they held various positions at Staples, including Head of Strategic Planning & PMO - Global eCommerce, Senior Portfolio Manager- Global eCommerce, Enterprise Architect, and Principal Business Analyst from 2009 to 2016. Neetu's career started as a Project Manager at Abbott from 2006 to 2009.

Neetu Razdaan's education history includes studying Leadership and Strategy at Cornell University, Applied Leadership and Management at Arizona State University, and Economics and Business Management at Delhi University. They have also obtained certifications such as Product Management Immersive from General Assembly, TOGAF 9 Certified from The Open Group, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
