Chhayleang Nguon is an accomplished real estate executive with extensive experience in leadership roles, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Pointer Property since June 2017. Previously held CEO positions at Ratanaka Realty and Century 21 Regent Realty, alongside roles in business development at CPL Cambodia Properties Limited. Chhayleang has a solid background in sales management, advisory roles, and talent management, including significant contributions at AIESEC IFL. Educational qualifications include ACCA in Accounting and Finance from CamEd Business School and dual bachelor's degrees in Teaching English as a Foreign Language and Business Management from the Institute of Foreign Languages and the University of Cambodia, respectively.
