Tracy Holzer is an experienced professional in the insurance and benefits sector, currently serving as a Sales and Benefits Practice Manager at PointeNorth Insurance Group since February 2015, where responsibilities include the management of personnel, processes, workflows, and client-related services. Prior to this, Tracy held the position of COO at Insurance Counseling & Management, Inc. from January 1978 to January 2015, and was a co-owner of Mellow Mushroom Olde Towne from September 1996 until the business closure in December 2014. Additionally, Tracy served as VP of Sales at Amusement Solutions from 1999 to 2002. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Insurance and Risk Management from Georgia State University, earned between 1973 and 1977.
