Jennifer Zdunic, RN, BSN, CCSM, currently serves as a Senior Customer Success Manager at PointClickCare since September 2019, after previously holding the position of Customer Success Manager. Prior to this, Jennifer acted as a Nurse Consultant at Pathway Health and Metron Integrated Health Systems, where responsibilities included managing clinical IT and providing expert advice on clinical processes and regulatory compliance. Jennifer's career began as a Floor Nurse at Memorial Healthcare and as a Healthcare Surveyor for the State of Michigan. A graduate of the University of Michigan-Flint with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Jennifer's extensive experience spans multiple roles within healthcare, emphasizing clinical integration and support.
