Dan Wren is a seasoned network engineer with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Network Engineer at Collective Medical since May 2018, Dan is responsible for network and security design and implementation, migration projects, IPSEC VPN tunnel configuration, and automation through Python scripting. Prior to this role, Dan worked at Peak 10 + ViaWest as a Backbone Network Engineer, where project management and automation were key responsibilities. Dan's tenure at ViaWest spanned nearly a decade, during which time Dan held various positions, including Lead Network Engineer and Solutions Engineer, focusing on network design and support for diverse technologies. Dan began a career in technology as a Field Service Engineer at First Level Technology and as a Customer Engineer at Partech, gaining valuable troubleshooting and customer service experience. Dan holds an education from Front Range Community College.
