Kim Chatall is an experienced Portfolio Manager at Point72, specializing in long/short equities within the industrials and technology sectors since January 2017. Prior to this role, Kim served as an Associate in the Investment Banking Financial Institutions Group at Morgan Stanley from July 2013 to December 2016, and worked as a Part-Time Quantitative Analyst in Risk Management and Model Development at Handelsbanken Capital Markets for a brief period in early 2013. Additionally, Kim gained experience as an intern in Nordic Coverage Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley in 2012 and worked as a Part-Time Analyst in Structured Finance at Carnegie Investment Bank from 2010 to 2012. Kim holds a Master of Science in Mathematics from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Stockholm University, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology. Kim completed the Natural Science Programme in Physics at Östra Real from 2005 to 2008.
