Allison Miller is an experienced recruiting professional with a background in human capital management and recruitment operations. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiting Manager at Point72 since June 2016, Allison has held various roles including Recruiter and Head of Recruitment Operations, as well as Academy Recruiter. Prior to this, a tenure at Goldman Sachs from December 2013 to June 2016 encompassed positions as a Human Capital Management Business Partner and Campus Recruiting Coordinator. Earlier experience includes working as an Admission Counselor and Office Coordinator at Miss Porter's School from July 2012 to November 2013, focusing on attracting applicants through school fairs and coordinating campus events. Allison holds a BA in Leadership Studies from the University of Richmond and a high school diploma from Miss Porter's School.
