Trinidad Grange-Kyner has over 25 years of work experience, starting in 1995 as a Technical Support Engineer at HiTeck Computer Coop. From there, Trinidad worked as a Program Manager at Genesys Conferencing, a Senior Project Manager at NICE Systems, and a Senior Project Manager at Iron Mountain Records Management. In 2008, Trinidad joined Deloitte Consulting as a Senior Manager, where they stayed until 2018. At that point, Trinidad moved to Anthem, Inc. and took on the role of Innovation Leader, Staff Vice President. Currently, Trinidad is the Vice President of Technology Delivery at Point32Health, starting in 2020.
Trinidad Grange-Kyner obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Engineering and Management from MIT Sloan School of Management, which they attended from 2007 to 2008. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the University of Lagos, where they studied from 1988 to 1994. In addition, Trinidad holds certifications such as Certified SAFe® 4 Practitioner from Scaled Agile, Inc. which was obtained in October 2020, and they are also a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute in the year 2005.
