Shelly Densmore-MacDermid has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Shelly currently holds the position of Director of Cost of Care Analytics at Point32Health, starting in September 2021. Before that, they worked at Tufts Health Plan from 1998 to 2021, where they held various roles including Senior Manager of Clinical Program Analytics and Manager of Clinical Program Analytics. Prior to their time at Tufts Health Plan, Shelly worked as a Program Evaluator at Queen Elizabeth II Health Sciences Centre from 1995 to 1998.

Shelly Densmore-MacDermid's education history includes pursuing an MBA in Management Information Systems from Dalhousie University. Additionally, they have a BA (Honours) in Political Science from the same institution.
