Saachi Ferraro, MHA, currently serves as an Instructional Design Specialist and Training Specialist at Point32Health since June 2021. Previously, Saachi held various positions at Tufts Health Plan, progressing from Member Services Representative to Team Lead from November 2017 to May 2021. Prior experience includes a role as a Benefits Advisor/Agent at Aflac and a Neighbourhood Marketing Representative at Next Step Living, where responsibilities included team leadership and performance motivation. An internship at BAGLY, Inc. involved organizing youth events and supporting LGBTQ youth, while early experience as a Teaching Assistant at John Winthrop Nursery School focused on early childhood education. Saachi earned a Master of Healthcare Administration from Suffolk University in 2023 and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Northeastern University in 2016.
