Josh Hohman has a breadth of work experience in various industries. Josh is currently the Product Management Lead at Point, a FinTech/PropTech startup. Prior to that, they founded and served as CEO of Jum Mum, Inc., a consultancy assisting startups in real estate and consumer services. Josh also co-founded Groove, a real estate CRM, where they led marketing and customer acquisition efforts. Additionally, Josh founded ExpertCollective.com, an MBA Admissions Consultancy, and was an entrepreneur/founder at Echelon Property Ventures, sourcing and renovating residential properties. Josh gained valuable experience as a Project Manager - Land Acquisitions at Sares-Regis Group, specializing in multi-family in-fill development. Josh began their career as a Systems Analyst at Deloitte Consulting, where they contributed to cost savings through a PeopleSoft Financials upgrade. Josh Hohman has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Josh also has a Master of Business Administration degree from Stanford University Graduate School of Business. In addition, they hold another Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Furthermore, they obtained a certification as a Real Estate Broker from the California Department of Real Estate in June 2006.
