Steven-Emmanuel Martinez currently serves as the Director of Policy and Research at Point Source Youth since June 2023. Prior to this role, Steven-Emmanuel worked as a Management Analyst at Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSAgov) and as a Project Management and Operations Professional at a non-profit shelter provider. He also held positions at NYC Department of Housing Preservation & Development, NYC Department of Social Services, AVAC: Global Advocacy for HIV Prevention, Brown University, and The White House. Steven-Emmanuel graduated from Hampshire College with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Health & Political Science, obtained a Master's degree in Health Education from Columbia University, and a Master of Science in Behavioral and Social Health Sciences from Brown University.
