Tuomas Moilanen is a Recruitment Specialist at Pohjois-Savon hyvinvointialue since October 2023, focusing on nurse recruitment and employer image marketing. Previously, as a Chief Specialist at TE-palvelut from February 2020 to September 2023, Tuomas coordinated the TE-live service and engaged in nationwide project management, strategic service development, and customer experience promotion. Experience also includes roles at Coty, Sawomo Ltd., Ahooy Creative, Keskisuomalainen Oyj, Avidly, Mediatalo ESA, Karl Lark, and JCDecaux, spanning various responsibilities in business development, project management, digital marketing, and brand management. Tuomas is currently pursuing a degree in Business Management and Leadership at Karelia University of Applied Sciences and holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree from Lapland University of Applied Sciences and the University of Vaasa, respectively, along with completing the Digital Excellence Academy by Google.
