Lenny Gonzales serves as Managing Partner at Honda of Tomball since November 2017, leading the newly awarded Honda dealership in Northwest Houston alongside Pohanka, with a focus on future growth. Holding the position of Executive Manager at Pohanka Acura since May 1988, Lenny oversees daily operations across Parts, Service, and Sales, consistently maintaining top performance in dealership management. Lenny's earlier roles include General Sales Manager, where training and development of the sales staff led to increased sales volumes, and Sales Manager, focusing on used car volume and high-quality repairs. Lenny initiated the opening of the Honda of Chantilly location in March 2014 as General Manager, fostering a team of motivated managers. Lenny's educational background includes a Master's degree in Communication from Hard Knocks and completion of studies at Chantilly High School.
