Adam T. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Adam currently holds the position of Salesforce & Adobe Lead CEE | Customer Transformation at IBM since March 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Information Officer at Poetizer starting from November 2020. In 2018, Adam worked as an Agile Coach, Trainer, and Consultant at ELAI - European Leadership & Academic Institute. Adam also co-owned Žijurád Multimedia from January 2016. From March 2019 to March 2021, they were the Delivery Director at Bluewolf, an IBM Company. From January 2014 to March 2019, they worked as a Segment Delivery Manager Telecommunications at Ness Czech. Before that, from October 2009 to December 2015, they served as a Senior IT Project Manager at Ness Technologies, where they managed projects in the governmental, finance, and telecommunications sectors. Adam started their career with an internship at IBM in 2008, and later worked as a Lecturer at the University of Economics Prague from September 2008 to July 2009. Adam also held various roles, including Project Coordinator, IS Architect, and System Administrator at the University of Economics from April 2006 to October 2009.

Adam T. pursued their education at the Texas McCombs School of Business from 2007 to 2008, where they obtained a Master's degree in Business. Prior to that, they attended the Prague University of Economics and Business from 2005 to 2009, earning another Master's degree, this time in Informatics and Management.

In addition to their formal education, Adam T. has obtained several certifications in various fields. Adam became a certified Salesforce associate, Salesforce Bussines Analyst, and a Salesforce Certified User Experience Designer in 2022. In 2021, they achieved the certification of a Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Consultant and a Certified SAFe® 5 Advanced Scrum Master.

During 2019, Adam T. obtained certifications as a Salesforce Certified Field Service Consultant, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA).

Prior to that, in 2017, they became a Certified Scrum Professional. In 2015, they achieved the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification, and in 2014, they obtained the Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.

In 2013, Adam T. obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Furthermore, in 2012, they achieved the PRINCE2® 2017 Foundation & Practitioner certification.

Earlier in their career, in 2011, they obtained the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®) certification. In 2008, they acquired the ITIL Foundation Level certification from Telefónica and completed the Cisco 1-4 semester (CCNA base).

Adam T. recently acquired certifications in Slack with the Slack Certified Admin and Slack Certified Consultant designations in 2023 and 2022, respectively.
