Allison Severin is an accomplished New Business Development Manager at Pod Pack International, LLC, since June 2023, committed to innovating within the coffee industry. Prior to this role, Allison served as Sales Manager at Seattle Coffee Gear, where leadership in the Reseller Sales Program significantly contributed to brand growth. Allisonā€™s journey in the coffee sector began as a barista at Starbucks Reserve Roastery & Tasting Room and further developed through various roles at Starbucks, culminating in a Shift Supervisor position which included designing a successful coffee tasting program. Educationally, Allison holds a Bachelorā€™s Degree in Psychology from Lee University.
