Lachezar H. (Chez) has a strong background in marketing, specifically in lifecycle management and CRM. Lachezar (Chez) is currently the Lifecycle Marketing Manager at Podcastle and the Managing Director of Lachezar Hristov Consulting Ltd. Prior to these roles, they worked at Jimdo as the Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager, where they were responsible for creating a roadmap, implementing Braze, and coordinating strategic communication projects. Lachezar (Chez) also served as the CRM Manager at FREE NOW, where they managed CRM activities in multiple markets and achieved uplifts in various metrics using Braze. Before that, they worked at gamigo AG in different roles, including CRM Manager, Junior Online Marketing Manager, CRM Assistant, and CRM Intern. Lachezar (Chez) started their career at BAUER Maschinen GmbH, where they completed a business project and dissertation, as well as a project management internship. Additionally, they have experience as an Assistant Researcher at KU-Eichstätt-Ingolstadt, a Marketing Assistant at Mesokombinat Ruse Plc, and an Accounting Assistant at AKTIV 2002.

In addition, they obtained certifications in Advanced Consumer Behavior, Marketing Foundations: Consumer Behavior, and Marketing Foundations: Customer Decision Journey from LinkedIn in December 2022.
