Ryan Collier is a seasoned property management professional with significant experience in leadership roles. As the COO, Owner, and Co-Founder of POD Management since September 2018, Ryan specializes in customer-focused, technology-enabled property and asset management. Prior to this, Ryan served as a Director at FirstPort (UK) from November 2012 to September 2018, overseeing around 500 staff and managing a portfolio of approximately 30,000 units with an annual client spend of £85 million. Ryan's career also includes positions at Urang Group Ltd, where Ryan advanced from Property Manager to Senior Property Manager. Ryan holds multiple professional qualifications including MRICS, MTPI, and MIRPM, and earned a BA Hons from the University of the West of England.
