Richard-Jaron Lazo has more than six years of work experience in various roles. Richard-Jaron started their career as a Sales Associate at Reebok in 2011 and was quickly promoted to Third-key Manager. In 2012, they worked as a Sales Associate at Sunglass Hut and then as a College Intern at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Richard-Jaron also served as a Program Advisor at Boys & Girls Clubs of Marin and Southern Sonoma Counties and as a Marketing Coordinator at Sonoma State University.

From 2014 to 2016, Richard-Jaron held internships at Palmer Ad Agency and BOCA Communications before joining Red Tricycle as an Intern to Marketing Associate. In 2015, they worked as a Reservations Specialist at RedAwning.com and later became an Account Manager, supporting and optimizing over 600 accounts globally. From 2018 till now, they have been working as a Senior Account Manager at Pod Group, where they conduct software platform demonstrations, researches customer information, and facilitates account relationship building.

Throughout their career, Richard-Jaron has demonstrated strong customer service skills, relationship building abilities, and a proficiency in managing accounts and teams. Their experience spans various industries, providing him with a diverse skill set.

Richard-Jaron Lazo obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Marketing and Management, from Sonoma State University. Richard-Jaron attended the university from 2009 to 2013.
