James Singleton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training, recruitment, and employee development. Serving as Vice President of Training & Recruitment at POAH Communities since March 2016, James has played a key role in enhancing services and partnerships that benefit residents and communities. As the Founder and Life Coach at Insightful Voice, established in 2010, James provides life coaching to assist clients through personal and professional transitions. Prior experience includes roles as Employee Development Manager and Senior Consultant at C Space from 2007 to March 2016, where James drove employee development initiatives and managed communities for actionable client insights. James holds a CPC in Life Transitions from the World Coach Institute and a degree from Oklahoma Baptist University.
