Jason C. serves as the CTO and Director of Engineering at Poached Jobs since June 2015, focusing on the incremental refactoring of a legacy site into a modern single-page application supported by a RESTful API. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Engineering at Puppet Labs, Inc., where Jason managed teams developing Puppet Enterprise and improved agile practices, and at Nike, where Jason developed RESTful APIs and led the design of SDKs for Nike+. Earlier positions include Director of Engineering at Janrain, Inc., leading large-scale product development, and engineering management roles at Aravo Solutions and KC Distance Learning, where Jason developed performance improvements for SaaS applications and created educational tools. Jason holds a Master's degree in Software Engineering from Portland State University and a Bachelor's degree in Management from Oklahoma State University.
