Panagiotis Koutsioumpas has worked for five companies since 2011. Panagiotis began their career at Interklima S.A. as an Assistant Accountant in 2011. In 2014, they began freelancing for Olympic Idea as an Internet Marketing Freelancer. In 2017, they joined the Hellenic Air Force (HAF) as an Airman First Class, and also began working for Teleperformance Greece as a Senior Advisor. In 2021, they started working for PNOΕ as a Sales Executive.

Panagiotis Koutsioumpas earned a High School Diploma (Apolytirion) from Arsakeia Schools in Psychiko in 2011, after completing their studies in Humanities/Humanistic Studies. Panagiotis then obtained a Bachelor of Arts - BA in International and European Studies from the University of Piraeus in 2017. During their studies, they also attended Metropolitan University Prague from 2015 to 2016, where they earned another Bachelor of Arts - BA in International and European Studies.
