Ken Carter has extensive experience in network management and operations technology, currently serving as Manager of Operations Technology and SCADA Network and Security at the Public Service Company of New Mexico (PNM) since September 2014. Prior roles include Energy Management Systems Administrator and Senior Network Specialist, with a focus on NERC CIP Compliance. Ken has also worked as a Network Engineer at Blue Cross Blue Shield of South Carolina and held the position of Director of Network Engineering at CityLink Telecommunications, where responsibilities included network design and troubleshooting. Additional experience encompasses senior and managerial roles in network engineering at Chenega Federal Systems and CityLink Telecommunications, as well as Network Manager at the City of Albuquerque, delivering exceptional network services. Education was received from The University of New Mexico.
