Andreas Adrianto has extensive experience in industrial relations and human resources, currently serving as the Head of Industrial Relations at PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) since May 2020. Previously, Andreas held various significant positions including Senior People Partner and AVP for Industrial & Employee Relations at UangTeman, and HC Industrial Relation, Employee Relation & Special Project Department Head at PT. Mega Central Finance. Other roles include HR Industrial Relation positions at PT CIMB Niaga Auto Finance, and PT Indomobil Finance Indonesia (IMFI), as well as HR Industrial Relation at PT Bakrie Telecom and legal roles at KOMPAS GRAMEDIA and Bernofarm. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Law from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia and secondary education from SMA Pangudi Luhur.
