Kyle Wade, SPHR, SHRM-CP, has a diverse range of experience in the HR field. Kyle has worked at Payroll Network since 2016, where they have held the positions of Vice President of HR Services and Vice President of Implementation. In these roles, they led the internal HR organization and the HR Advisor offering, providing clients with human resources knowledge solutions and consulting. Kyle also played a key role in leading the implementation of payroll and HR services for clients.
Prior to their current position, Kyle worked at ADP for many years. Kyle started as a Flexible Spending Account Representative/Implementation Specialist and quickly moved up the ranks. Kyle held roles such as National Accounts Implementation Manager, Implementation Manager, Senior Implementation Manager, Director of Client Service, and Vice President of Implementation. In these roles, they were responsible for managing teams, developing staff, implementing various ADP products, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Kyle Wade, SPHR, SHRM-CP (He/Him) has a strong educational background in the field of Business Administration and Human Resource Management. Kyle obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Medicine from High Point University in the years 1994 to 1998. Later, they pursued higher education and completed their Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus between 2000 and 2004. Following that, they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the same university from the years 2004 to 2007.
In addition to their academic achievements, Kyle has also obtained several certifications to further enhance their professional qualifications. In 2015, they earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Kyle also obtained the CHRS certification from the Healthcare Reform Center & Policy Institute in August 2015. More recently, in June 2019, they obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM. Additionally, they acquired the SHRM Inclusive Workplace Culture Specialty certification from SHRM in September 2021.
