Cynthia Blachly is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in supply chain management, quality assurance, and engineering across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of North American Supply Chain at Pneumatic Scale Angelus since August 2013, Cynthia has also held roles as Director of Quality and Supply Chain Leader there. Prior experience includes serving as Operations Project Manager and Sustaining Engineering Manager at Automated Packaging Systems, Inc., where project coordination across multiple teams was key. At Sverdrup Technology, Cynthia was the Lead Mechanical/Manufacturing/Quality Engineer for the Space Shuttle Flight Project Office, focusing on design solutions for NASA. Earlier roles at Boeing involved engineering change analysis and tool design for aircraft production. Cynthia holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Cleveland State University and an Executive MBA in Operations Management from Case Western Reserve University, complemented by undergraduate degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Manufacturing from Oregon Institute of Technology.
