Tracey Moore has extensive work experience in various roles at PNE Group. Tracey started working at PNE Group in 1989 as a Computer Services Officer and then went on to work as a Youth and Employment Training Officer at North Tyneside Brass Tacks from 1990 to 1992. Tracey returned to PNE Group in 1992 and held several positions including Enterprise Trainer/Counsellor, Management Trainer/Assessor, Business Support Manager, and Development Manager. From 2003 to 2012, Tracey worked as a Development Manager at PNE Group, providing intensive consultancy support to organizations. From 2012 to 2019, they served as the Group Development Manager, responsible for strategic and operational responsibilities for business administration, financial and legal compliance, and management of social impact projects. Currently, Tracey Moore holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at PNE Group.
Tracey Moore's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Further Education from Northumbria University, which they obtained from 1995 to 1997. In 1987 to 1989, they pursued a Higher National Diploma in Business Information Technology from the same university. Moore also completed a Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring from the Institute of Leadership and Management from 2007 to 2008. Furthermore, they acquired an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) in Business Administration, Management, and Operations at Newcastle University from 2009 to 2011.
