Sean Baginski P.E., S.E. is a Principal at PND Engineers, Inc. with extensive experience in structural design for buildings, bridges, and marine structures across Alaska, particularly focusing on heavy industrial development in Arctic regions. With previous roles as a Senior Engineer and Staff Engineer, Sean has contributed to the design and construction administration of notable public projects such as schools and hospitals, as well as infrastructure for Alaska's highway bridges. Prior experience includes ownership of Horizon Engineering, where Sean specialized in custom residential and commercial structures, and a role as a Senior Engineer at Nolte Associates focused on concrete and timber designs.
