Steven Liles is an experienced executive in the financial services sector, currently serving as EVP and Chief Information Officer for Commercial & Institutional Banking at PNC. Liles has previously held positions such as SVP and Head of Systems Engineering for the same division at PNC, and as Head of Enterprise Digital and Payments Technology at SunTrust. Early in Liles' career at BB&T, roles included SVP of Retail Banking Channels Systems and Integration, VP of Enterprise Automation, Optimization and Innovation, and VP of Digital Channel Systems, along with being the Development Lead for Call Center Systems. Additionally, Liles served as an Instructor and Research Assistant at the University of Georgia. Educational credentials include attendance in the PhD program in Economics at the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
