Russell C. Aivazian, M.Ed., currently serves as the VP, Campus Recruiting Manager at PNC, a position held since January 2025. Prior experience includes roles such as Director of Early Career Recruiting for the Americas at JLL, where centralization of early talent recruitment across global regions was achieved, and Senior Early Career Recruiting Specialist at CVS Health, managing substantial pharmacy intern and graduate pipelines. Additional positions include Campus Recruiter roles at Loyola University Chicago, overseeing recruitment and onboarding for student employees, and Resident Director at the University of Kentucky, recognized twice as "Staff of the Year." Russell’s education includes a Master’s in Higher Education from Loyola University Chicago and a B.A. in Business Administration from Seattle University, with minors in Finance and Entrepreneurship/Innovation.
