Reba Simmons is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President – Succession Development Partner at PNC since October 2021, Reba acts as the primary liaison to the Executive Committee and other key stakeholders, focusing on the development and coaching of senior-level positions. Prior to PNC, Reba held several significant positions at BBVA USA, including Chief Talent & Culture Officer and Senior Human Resources Business Partner Manager. With a strong background in human resources management, Reba has been instrumental in driving organizational effectiveness and talent management strategies at organizations such as INROADS, UAB Health System, and The Regional Medical Center. Reba holds a B.S. in Management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, an M.A. in Public and Private Management from Birmingham-Southern College, and a certification in Global Leadership in Healthcare from the University of Michigan.
