Uel Migan is a Managing Director at Perella Weinberg Partners. Based in France, he is part of the Firm’s Advisory business advising clients across industries.
Mr. Migan has 15 years of investment banking experience, advising French and international companies on the origination and execution of major transactions. Selected transaction experience includes advising Veolia on its agreed merger with Suez; Veolia on its acquisition of ENGIE’s 29.9% stake in Suez; Peugeot SA on its merger with Fiat Chrysler Automobiles; EDF on its divestiture of a 49% stake in a portfolio of UK wind assets to Dalmore Capital and PiP; Total on its divestiture of Atotech to Carlyle; VINCI on its divestiture of VINCI Park to Ardian and Predica; LafargeHolcim on the divestiture of its Korean subsidiary to Glenwood PE and Baring PE Asia; Technip on its acquisition of Global Industries; ZAIN on the divestiture of its African mobile assets to Bharti Airtel; Bureau Veritas on its IPO; Telenor on its acquisition of Serbian mobile operator Mobi63; or Telefonica on the divestiture of its Yellow Pages to Yell.
Prior to joining Perella Weinberg Partners, Mr. Migan was at Barclays from 2013 to 2019, where he most recently served as a Director on the Corporate Finance M&A team. He was previously with Blackstone and BNP Paribas in Paris and London.
Mr. Migan holds a Masters of Science in Management, with a specialization in Finance, from EMLYON.
