Kathleen Regan serves as the Product COO at PNC since October 2015, overseeing operations in Retail Lending, which includes Credit Card, Consumer Lending, Auto Lending, Student, and Small Business segments. In this role, Kathleen is responsible for annual initiative prioritization and planning. Previously, Kathleen held the position of Vice President, focusing on Credit Risk and Model Risk management and leading high-priority projects for Retail Lending. Kathleen's tenure at PNC Bank from January 2011 to October 2015 included roles such as Vice President managing Basel controls and as a Basel Business Risk Officer, where Kathleen provided oversight for Basel implementation and made strategic recommendations. Kathleen's career began at American Express as a Senior Project Manager. Educational qualifications include degrees from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania and the American Musical and Dramatic Academy, along with a PMP certification from PNC University.
