Kanchan Rane is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in handling both litigation and non-litigation matters across various legal frameworks, including the SARFAESI Act, RDDB Act, 138 NI Act, Arbitration, and Consumer Protection Act. Currently serving as a Regional Legal Manager at PNB Housing Finance Limited since December 2022, Kanchan Rane has also held the position of Senior Legal Associate at Skyla Leges since May 2020 and previously worked as a Senior Associate at Kanchan & Associates from January 2017 to April 2020. Kanchan's career began as a Junior Lawyer at Skyla Leges in 2012, progressing through roles as a Legal Associate at Deven Dwarkadas and Partners and Pardiwala & Co. Kanchan Rane holds a Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law (LLM), a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from the University of Mumbai, along with a Diploma in Computer Aided Finance & Accounts and a Certificate in Computer Forensics.
