Tess McNeil is a seasoned professional in user research and business analysis, currently serving as a Senior User Researcher at P&N Bank since August 2023. Prior to this role, Tess held the position of Senior Business Analyst at Bankwest from December 2020 to July 2023. Tess's career at Woodside Energy spanned nearly a decade, during which time multiple roles were undertaken, including Cyber Security Risk Lead, Governance Content and Productivity Services Lead, Business Systems Analyst, and Graduate Information Analyst. Tess holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Business Information Systems from Curtin University, completed between 2008 and 2010.
