Gisele Puccinelli is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry with over a decade of experience. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Analyst at Pmweb since May 2019, Gisele previously held various positions at GJP Hotels & Resorts, including Supervisor of Reservations III, where responsibilities included supervising reservation processes, team management, and reporting performance metrics. Earlier in the career, Gisele worked at Vila Ventura Hotéis in roles such as Commercial Assistant and Event Assistant, focusing on customer service and event management.
