Patty Hernandez, ARM, has extensive experience in property management, serving as Operations Supervisor at PMR Companies since December 2005, where responsibilities include training on Yardi and rental insurance, conducting property inspections, and assisting the management team. Previous roles at PMR Companies included Property Supervisor and Property Manager, where duties encompassed daily reporting, lease management, resident retention, and budget planning. Prior to PMR, Patty worked at Flagship Properties from March 1995 to September 2005, starting as a Maintenance Coordinator and advancing to Property Manager, managing up to 321 units. Patty earned the Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) designation in July 2002 through IRM in Houston, Texas, after completing education at Westbury High School.
