Caroline Ponal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy, business development, and performance improvement, currently serving as a Partner at PMP Strategy since 2009. In addition to this role, Caroline is a member of ATEC ITS FRANCE and previously served at DATACT3 in 2013. Caroline co-founded and presided over Musical Industries from 2005 to 2008, and held managerial positions at CSC Peat Marwick from 1999 to 2005, focusing on controlling and performance management across various sectors. Prior experience includes a role as Controller at Schneider Electric in the Transport & Distribution Business Unit from 1995 to 1998. Caroline graduated from ESCP Business School in 1995.
