Alex Rosa is a seasoned project management professional holding multiple certifications, including PMP, CSPO, ICP-ACC, and OKR-CP. Currently serving as a management and innovation advisor in the PMO at EDP - Escritório de Desenvolvimento de Projetos since April 2019, Alex also teaches project management graduate courses at UCS - Universidade de Caxias do Sul and UNIALFA - Centro Universitário Alves Faria. As president of PMIRS and a former vice president in various roles within the organization, Alex has extensive experience in project management, including leading corporate PMOs and consulting for project management processes. With a solid educational background, including an Executive MBA in Leadership, Innovation, and Management 4.0, Alex continues to contribute to the project management field through teaching and active involvement in professional organizations.
