As Vice President of Global Engagement, Mary Pat Kessler drives PMI's customer-centric sales and marketing channels. She focuses on stakeholder growth and customer delight to solidify PMI's global impact through regionalization. In orchestrating PMI's end-to-end go-to-market approach, Mary Pat is responsible for empowering and supporting PMI's global network of stakeholders, chapters, and volunteers to scale and enable them for greater impact.
Before assuming her current role, Mary Pat served as the Director of Global Engagement at PMI where she focused on building a new Business Development team across the globe in line with PMI’s regionalization strategy, managed the implementation of an enterprise Customer Relationship Management system, and reimagined PMI's Global Executive council.
Prior to joining PMI, Mary Pat held roles as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Sabre Systems, Inc, Director of Member Relations and Strategic Relationships at Business Clubs of America Philadelphia, and President of a Philadelphia-based business development firm. Her versatility and innovation has earned the respect of her collaborators and business partners. She maintains many strategic partnerships and is viewed as a passionate, persistent, and diligent problem solver.
