Iryna Overchenko currently serves as the Director of Operations and Head of Product at Growe, following a role as Head of Product at PMI, where Iryna managed the strategy and operations of Sportsbook and iGaming products in the competitive LatAm market. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Product Manager at DraftKings Inc., leading the B2B Product team for sportsbook development in the US, and a Product Manager/Product Owner role at SBTech, where Iryna honed skills in Agile methodologies, product roadmaps, and stakeholder management. Earlier, Iryna worked as a Business Analyst at Philip Morris International, focusing on retailer engagement and project management, and as an Associate at Nestlé. Iryna holds a Master's degree in Germanistics, Intercultural Management, and Translation from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
