Anastasia Belousova currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Growe, effective August 2023, where the focus is on delivering exceptional gaming experiences within the iGaming and Entertainment sectors. Prior experience includes roles as the Human Resources Director at PMI from August 2020 to August 2023, and at SimplBit from September 2019 to August 2020, a technology company specializing in fintech innovations. Anastasia also worked as the Country Manager and HR Expert at PTPI Ltd from May 2015 to August 2020, and as CEO and Owner of HappyNappy from February 2015 to September 2019, promoting development for young learners through an online bookstore. Earlier in the career, Anastasia held the position of HR Director at Cupid plc from March 2010 to July 2014 and was a Staff Recruiter and Team Leader at Vitaver & Associates, Inc. in 2009. Anastasia holds a Master's degree in English Philology from Zaporizhzhya National University, completed in 2008.
