William Zhou is a Construction Project Manager at PM Group since October 2018. Prior to that, William worked as a CM at AP 美国空气化工 from September 2013 to September 2018, and as a MEP Construction Manager at M+W Group from August 2008 to September 2013. William received a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Automation from 湖北襄阳学院 in 1987.
