Kate Silverness is currently the Director Process Engineering - Western Region at PM Group since March 2021, with previous experience as a Principal BioProcess Engineer at Fluor - Life Sciences Division from February 2015 to March 2021. Prior to that, Kate worked as a Process Engineer Consultant at Bayer HealthCare from March 2007 to February 2015 and Novartis from November 2004 to March 2007. Kate also held roles at Chiron as a Process Engineer - Corporate Engineering from 1994 to 1998 and at Scios as a Scientist in the Protein Chemistry Group from 1991 to 1994. Kate holds a Master of Science (MS) in Chemical Engineering from Colorado State University and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Chemistry from the University of Vermont.
