Kalyan Krishnan is an experienced finance and operations professional with a strong background in finance management, business transformation, and service delivery. Currently serving as Finance Manager at PM Group since July 2021, Kalyan oversees Shared Service Finance and India Finance. Previously, at Valenta BPO, Kalyan held the position of Head of Service Delivery for the UK & EMEA region. In a long tenure at Sundaram Business Services, Kalyan advanced through roles including Sr. Manager of Business Development and Head of People and Culture, focusing on market expansion and client relationships. Kalyan's career includes significant operational management and business development experience at organizations such as Maersk Global Service Centres and Wipro BPO. Kalyan holds an MBA in Finance from Anna University Chennai and an eMDP in Advanced Strategic Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode.
