Noelia Rguez is an experienced professional with a strong background in human resources and compliance. Since November 2004, Noelia has served as the Group Compliance Manager and HR Director at PMG Group. Prior to this role, Noelia worked as an HR Executive in the HR Department at ThyssenKrupp from 2001 to 2005. Noelia’s academic achievements include an Executive MBA from EOI Business School, a Master’s degree in Human Resources from FENA Business School, an Advanced Certificate in Compliance from the International Compliance Association (ICA), a Master of Laws (LLM) from the Legal and Judicial Academy in Asturias, Spain, a degree in Human Resources from Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (U.N.E.D.), and a Bachelor of Laws from Universidad de Oviedo.
