Ben Crothers is a seasoned design strategist and facilitator with extensive experience in user experience (UX) design, mentoring, and design education. Currently serving as Principal Facilitator at Bright Pilots and an Inspiring Mentor at PMDojo, Ben is dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusivity in product careers. Previous roles include Principal Design Strategist at Atlassian, where Ben led long-range design and strategy initiatives, and Owner of Catch Media Inc., focusing on user experience consultation. Ben has instructed at General Assembly since 2014, teaching sketching techniques for UX design. With a Bachelor of Science in Anatomy from the University of Sydney and various certifications in project management and sign language, Ben combines strong educational credentials with a passion for design and mentorship.
