Sadagat Hajiyeva is an experienced project manager currently with PMD Group LLC since January 2023, and with PMD Projects LLC since February 2020, overseeing construction projects to ensure timely and budget-compliant completions. Previously, Sadagat served as Head of Administration at PMD Group LLC, managing administrative business operations from December 2015 to February 2020. A former PMO Manager at Siemens AG from May 2013 to November 2015, responsibilities included developing project management processes and ensuring compliance across the region. Earlier roles include Deputy GM at Rolls-Royce Energy Baku, overseeing branch operations, and Head of Program Management at Bakcell, where project tracking and demand management were key responsibilities. Sadagat holds a Bachelor's degree in History from Baku State University and attended University M. Lomonosov in Moscow.
