Hikmat Mutdalibov has worked as a Quantity Surveyor and Senior Quantity Surveyor for various construction companies in Azerbaijan, including Crocus Construction, Fasad-F, KONTINENT CONSTRUCTION, and Gilan Holding. Currently, Hikmat is employed as a Lead Estimation Engineer at PMD Projects LLC. Prior to their roles in the construction industry, Hikmat worked as a Senior Engineer at Azerenerji OJSC.
